Game of Thrones is increasingly becoming a very complicated show to film for showrunners David Benioff & Dan Weiss. And with episodes like The Door, Battle of the Bastards and The Winds of Winter, last season was even harder than it usually is. In fact, Benioff & Weiss had to get an extra 3rd unit in for season 6 to meet the deadlines (most TV shows only have a single unit).
And on one fine day, all three units were together in the Titanic Studios’ Paint Hall, the main stage for Game of Thrones production. HBO has now released a behind the scenes video titled ’18 hours at the Paint Hall’ which gives us an inside look at what happened on that day. Check out the clip below.
