** Spoilers and Speculation ahead **
Episode 6- Blood of my Blood is a popular Dothraki line and this episode should be where Daenerys finally gets them on her side. It’s hard to guess who the ‘old foe’ might be but we think it’s Walder Frey. Night’s king is another candidate but he is coming back in episode 5. It will be interesting to see Sam’s family as well, especially his father who is considered on par with Tywin Lannister, when it comes to hatred towards his son. Arya’s difficult choice could be whether to leave Braavos or not as she has become ‘No One’. Jaime’s face off with the High Sparrow should be him marching towards the Sept with the Tyrell soldiers as he and Cersei planned in episode 4.
Episode 7 title- The Broken Man could signal the return of a fan favorite character – The Hound aka Sandor Clegane and he might be the High Sparrow’s ‘another target’. In the books, it is strongly suggested that he’s alive and rescued by a group of people sworn to the Faith of the Seven. The leader of the group claims that when he found Sandor, he was crying in pain and begging for the gift of mercy (a broken man). Though he insists that The Hound is dead, but it is strongly implied that he doesn’t mean literally. There is also a group of wartime outlaws called Broken Men, who stole Sandor’s helm and committed atrocities in his name.
Rory McCann was spotted in Belfast last year and Ian Mcshane has almost confirmed that he’s bringing back Sandor Clegane so he should appear at some point this season. This Instagram post by Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson (The Mountain) asking if we’d like to see Cleganebowl, also hints at The Hound’s return.
It is difficult to guess who Jaime will confront but he is expected to travel to Riverlands, like in the books. Brynden Tully will return this season and he could be the ‘hero’ here. Or it may be Brienne, who will also travel to Riverlands as shown in season 6 trailer (See above pic and House Tully banner in the back) and rumors suggest that they will share a scene together.
Arya’s plan could be to escape Braavos and head for Westeros to take revenge and strike few names off her list. ‘The North is reminded’ could mean Jon & co trying to get other northern houses to fight for them. From the trailers, we already know Davos will visit Bear Island, the seat of House Mormont.
